P&D Textile is a Turkish clothing manufacturer based in Istanbul, producing streetwear for fashion brands in both jersey and woven styles. We make hoodies and zip hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts and long sleeves, joggers and tracksuits, polo shirts, tank tops, jackets, knitwear, fleece, swimwear, leggings, boxers and pyjamas. Caps, beanies, socks and bags are produced with our partner factories.
Our lead times vary based on the type of fabric, order quantity, and customization details. Generally, total ex-factory time is 6–8 weeks: sampling takes 2–3 weeks and bulk production takes 3–4 weeks after sample approval. We always strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible while ensuring the highest quality.
Yes. As a private label clothing supplier in Turkey, we manufacture garments under your own brand, with your labels and your designs, from first sample to packed bulk order. Yes. Oversized fashion is our core speciality: dropped shoulders, boxy cuts and relaxed fits in heavyweight cottons up to 640 GSM, with acid wash and overdye finishes available. As an oversized fashion manufacturer we produce oversized hoodies, oversized t-shirts, oversized sweatshirts and joggers cut to your own measurements.
Yes. We produce wholesale fashion apparel in Istanbul in bulk quantities for brands, retailers and online stores. Every order is manufactured for you rather than sold from finished stock, so you get your own fabric, colour and label from 100–150 pieces per colour and style. Plain garments can be made ready for your own printing or embroidery.
Our MOQ is 100–150 pieces per colour and per style for clothing, which makes us a low MOQ clothing manufacturer for startup brands and first collections. Hats, socks and bags have their own minimums of around 200–300 pieces; see accessories. The exact minimum depends on the fabric and the style.

Yes. A development sample costs €200 per style plus €40 UPS shipping, and the €200 is deducted from your bulk order. Before bulk starts, our merchandising team sends pre-production samples free of charge for your approval. During production we check raw materials, run in-line checks on the sewing lines and inspect finished garments before packing.
For hoodies, sweatshirts and joggers we offer 70/30 cotton-polyester 320 GSM brushback or loopback, 100% cotton heavyweight loopback in 420, 540 and 640 GSM, polar fleece and sherpa fleece. For t-shirts and polos we use 100% cotton single jersey from 180 to 270 GSM, cotton-elastane, interlock and piqué. Full list in our clothing production guide.
Our standard payment terms are 50% upfront and 50% before shipment. We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners and can work on EXW, FOB or CIF terms. Shipping cost and transit time depend on your location and order size, and we quote them together with your production price.
Turkey has a complete textile supply chain, from fabric knitting and dyeing to cutting, sewing and finishing, and Istanbul is close to the UK and EU markets. Working with a clothing manufacturer in Turkey typically gives brands shorter lead times than Far East production, lower minimums and the option to visit the factory in person.
