Where is your t-shirt factory located?
Our t-shirt manufacturing is based in Istanbul, Turkey. We produce custom and private label t-shirts for brands in the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, the USA and beyond.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom t-shirts?
Our MOQ is 100–150 pieces per colour and style, depending on the design and fabric.
How long does t-shirt production take?
Sampling takes 2–3 weeks and bulk production 3–4 weeks. The total lead time to ex-factory is 6–8 weeks.
How much does a t-shirt sample cost?
The sampling fee is €200 per style plus €40 UPS shipping. The €200 is deducted from your bulk order, and pre-production samples are free for bulk orders.
Which fabrics and GSM do you offer for t-shirts?
100% cotton single jersey 180 GSM, 100% cotton heavyweight 220 GSM, 100% cotton heavyweight 240 GSM, 100% cotton heavyweight 270 GSM, 100% polyester single jersey 180 GSM. Custom fabric sourcing is also available.
Which printing and embroidery options do you offer?
Screen printing, DTG (direct-to-garment), DTF, all embroidery types and sublimation digital print.
Do you produce private label t-shirts for startups?
Yes. We support startup brands and low-MOQ projects and produce under your own label, with custom tags and packaging.
