P&D Textile is a clothing manufacturer based in Istanbul, Turkey, specializing in custom streetwear production, including hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, joggers, denim products, polo shirts, accessories, and private label manufacturing services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, requesting a quotation, approving a sample, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

3. Manufacturing Services

P&D Textile provides custom garment manufacturing services including but not limited to:

Product development
Pattern making
Probenahme
Fabric sourcing
Cut & sew manufacturing
Printing and embroidery
Private label production
Packaging
Worldwide shipping

All products are manufactured according to the specifications approved by the customer before production begins.

4. Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.

Prices may change due to:

Fabric selection
Order quantity
Printing or embroidery techniques
Accessories
Packaging requirements
Currency fluctuations
Material cost increases

A quotation does not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed by both parties.

5. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum order quantities vary depending on:

Fabric type
Product category
Production technique
Customization level

MOQ details are confirmed during the quotation process.

6. Sampling

Sample production is available before bulk manufacturing.

Customers are responsible for sample costs unless otherwise agreed.

Production begins only after written approval of the final sample.

Any changes requested after sample approval may result in additional costs and revised delivery times.

7. Production Time

Production schedules depend on:

Order quantity
Material availability
Customization requirements
Seasonal production capacity

Estimated lead times are provided during the order confirmation process.

While we make every effort to meet agreed schedules, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect delivery timelines.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed individually for each order.

Unless otherwise agreed:

A production deposit is required before manufacturing begins.
Remaining balance must be paid before shipment.

Late payments may delay production or shipment.

9. Shipping & Delivery

P&D Textile ships internationally using trusted logistics partners.

Shipping terms may include:

CIF
Other Incoterms as agreed

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges in their destination country unless otherwise specified.

Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterms.

10. Quality Assurance

Every order undergoes quality control throughout the production process.

Minor variations in:

Fabric shade
Garment measurements
Printing placement
Washing effects

may occur within internationally accepted manufacturing tolerances and shall not be considered defects.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Artwork
Logos
Measurements
Technical packs
Label information
Packaging instructions

Production errors resulting from incorrect customer-provided information are the customer’s responsibility.

12. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they own or have legal permission to use any:

Logos
Trademarks
Graphics
Designs
Brand names

submitted for production.

P&D Textile shall not be liable for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided materials.

13. Confidentiality

All customer designs, tech packs, production information, and business data are treated as confidential.

We do not disclose customer information to third parties except where required for manufacturing, logistics, or legal compliance.

14. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

If production has already started, cancellation fees may apply based on:

Materials purchased
Labor completed
Production progress

Custom-made products cannot be returned or cancelled once production is underway.

15. Returns & Claims

As all products are manufactured according to customer specifications, returns are generally not accepted.

If products arrive damaged or materially inconsistent with approved specifications, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs and supporting documentation.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

16. Limitation of Liability

P&D Textile shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
War
Government regulations
Labor strikes
Transportation disruptions
Pandemic-related restrictions
Supply chain interruptions

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
